Hotel and Residences: TWELVE is a premier all-suite boutique hotel
in the heart of the ATLANTIC STATION development. Each suite is equipped with a flat screen

almost any service online, providing guests with the ability to surf the
internet, check emails, reference the guest directory or order room service. Suites also have the same entertainment
technology guests enjoy at home, including DVD player and two flat-screen
televisions.
Challenge: TWELVE'S developer group wanted technology that could be
shared between the boutique hotel and residential condomimiums all housed in
the same building. Additionally, the
developers wanted to deploy the most advanced technology available for the
hotel while still making the in-room network extremely user friendly.
Solution: Low-voltage and audio/visual systems design and
installation, and digital service including:
- Plasma screen digital art gallery
- Common area entertainment centers
